Privacy Policy

The short version: Extreme Snowboard Aim does not collect, transmit or sell any personal data. There are no analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers and no user accounts. Everything you do in the game stays on your device.
Information we collect
None. The app has no registration, no login, no contact forms and no analytics or advertising software development kits. We do not collect your name, email address, location, device identifiers, contacts, photos or usage analytics.
Information stored on your device
The game saves your progress locally using Apple's standard UserDefaults storage. This data never leaves your device and is not visible to us. It includes:
- High score, best distance and daily-challenge best score
- Coins, experience points, rider level and power-up charges
- Mission progress and daily login streak
- Unlocked soundtrack songs
- Your settings (music, sound effects, haptics and steering sensitivity)
Deleting the app removes all of this data permanently.
Game Center
If you are signed in to Apple's Game Center, the app submits your run score to leaderboards so it can be ranked against other players. This is handled entirely by Apple. We never see your Apple Account, and any data Apple processes is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. You can disable Game Center at any time in iOS Settings, and the game remains fully playable.
Purchases
Two bonus soundtrack songs unlock using in-game coins that you earn by playing. No real-money purchase is required and no payment information is collected by us.
Children's privacy
The app is rated 9+ and is safe for children. Because we collect no data whatsoever, we collect no data from children. The app contains no ads, no external links inside gameplay, no chat and no social features beyond Apple's own Game Center leaderboards.
This website
This website is a static site hosted on Amazon Web Services and served through Amazon CloudFront. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. AWS may record standard technical request logs (such as IP address and user agent) for security and operational purposes, as is normal for any web server.
Data sharing
We do not share, sell, rent or trade any information, because we do not collect any.
Your rights
Since no personal data is collected or stored on our servers, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete. To erase your local game data, simply delete the app from your device.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
